God's Promises are Sure: A Sunrise Rainbow Miracle

A behind-the-scenes story from Rocky Mountain National Park

Our team experienced firsthand the quickly changing mountain weather. On one calm morning while filming sunrise, a cold gust of wind rose and within seconds clouds rolled in and rain began. Pink and orange hues blanketed the atmosphere and a rainbow formed. God had painted a masterpiece in the sky. Later, we experienced cycles of snow, then hot afternoon sun, cold winds, and rain. Then, we experienced a second rainbow. Seeing the rainbows, both at sunrise and in the afternoon, reminded us that unlike the weather, God’s promises are sure. Deuteronomy 31 reminds us that God will never leave us nor forsake us. In the storms of life and in these changing seasons, we hope these rainbows will remind you of His promises too. Be sure to watch RadiantTV’s newest music video, Softly and Tenderly by David Nevue, which features footage of the second rainbow we saw that day.
